The Fruit-Eze™ Solution
6 Reasons Constipation Develops During Pregnancy
1. Fiber Intake.
Too little dietary fiber often results in constipation.
Under average circumstances it can be difficult
to consume adequate amounts to ensure soft stools.
It can be even more difficult if you're not eating
well or feeling well during pregnancy. Daily
servings of all natural Fruit-Eze™ Regularity
Blend provide adequate fiber necessary to soften
stools.
2. Fluid Intake.
During pregnancy, the body’s demand for fluid
intake increases. Not enough fluids can lead to
constipation. Unlike dry fiber laxatives like Metamucil
that demand even more fluid intake, the moist fiber
in all natural Fruit-Eze™ Regularity Blend
helps retain fluid, keeping stools soft and flexible.
3. Supplements and medication.
Supplements and medications such as iron, calcium,
pain pills, etc. are important for your healthy
and comfortable pregnancy. Unfortunately, they can
also cause constipation or make existing constipation
worse. For preventing and alleviating this problem, reach
for all natural Fruit-Eze™ Regularity Blend
as it's the healthy alternative to pharmaceutical
and herbal laxatives.
4. Hormonal Changes.
During pregnancy, hormones are released that relax
the muscles surrounding the gastrointestinal tract,
slowing down the passage of food through the digestive
system which is a contributing factor in constipation.
All natural Fruit-Eze™ Regularity Blend helps
keep the muscles toned by maintaining a flexible
gel for them to work with.
5. Bowel Crowded by Growing Fetus.
As the fetus grows, the bowels become crowded -
narrowing intestinal corridors and increasing the
chances of constipation by drying the stool and
slowing its passage. Daily servings of all natural
Fruit-Eze™ helps maintain optimal conditions
for regularity in this challenging situation and
throughout pregnancy.
6. Laxative damage.
Unfortunately, the harsh chemicals and herbs found
in most laxatives irritate the colon lining and
destroy healthy bacteria needed to maintain regularity.
All natural Fruit-Eze™ Regularity Blend provides
nourishment for replacing healthy bacteria as well
as soothing and healing the colon lining.
Tips. for Avoiding and Alleviating
Constipation During Pregnancy
Keep
in mind that the clinical definition of regularity
is having a bowel movement of good texture two - three
times per week. without having to strain a lot. Many
people are surprised with this definition and expect
a BM - or even two BM's! - every single day. Although
some people do go that often, they are the exception,
not the rule.
Make sure you visit the toilet everyday,
even if there is no urge to move the bowel doing
this can help set a routine for elimination. Relax,
do not strain. If no BM occurs, you can try again
after a while.
Exercise such as stretching or
walking is very helpful for regularity and good
health in general.
Relaxation is often undervalued
as a naturally healing activity. One or two naps
a day and some quiet time alone can be a wonderful
tonic for body and soul, and will encourage regularity
along with all the bodily systems.
Notice changes in stool quality
and frequency. If bowel movements are too infrequent
or require you to strain, it is fine to try 3 tablespoons
per day. If you are pretty regular, one tablespoon
a day will be fine.
If your stool is too hard or infrequent,
you can try a little more Fruit-Eze™. If it's
too soft or too frequent, use a little less Fruit-Eze™.
